  • Reservation fee of 3000 for 50 pax – 5000 for 100 pax and higher to save the date which is deductible from the package cost.
  • 50 % down payment upon signing of contract at least 2 weeks before the event. (Check payments must be dated 7 days before the event and only accepts managers check
  • Balance from the total contract price shall be paid on the day of the event ( cash payment only)
  • Other amenities, items and services not included in the package must be coordinated with our sales associate in charge of the event.
  • 25 % of the contract price will be charged upon cancellation of contract 2 weeks before the event day.
  • 50 % of the contract price will be forfeited upon cancellation of contract 3 days before the event day.
  • 3% additional none VAT if official receipt is requested.
  • Cancellation by acts of god (circumstances beyond ones control) / failure to provide service : Andrei’s manila shall have no responsibility or liability for failure to supply any services when prevented from doing so by strikes, accidents, power failure, natural disaster (flood, fire, earthquake, et) or any other cause beyond caterer/ event planners control.
  • LEFTOVERS: in compliance with appropriate health codes, Andrei’s manila reserves the right to discard any leftover foods after the agreed event time table, to prevent probable food borne illness, however if the event insist to take home leftover food, thus waiving their rights to complain with regard to food spoilage
  • Service of waiter up to 4 hours only, in excess there will be a charge of 50 pesos per hour per waiter.
  • Transportation charge outside manila area.
  • Charge of 50 pesos per waiter per floor if the event is held in a building without service elevator.
  • Gate entrance fee, toll fees, and caterer’s bond are charged by the client.
  • Clients or organizer shall be responsible for the damage or loss of catering equipment caused by clients/organizer or c/o’s guests.
